Meet the Founder, Aayushi Kulsunge

"I was diagnosed with clinical depression in 2019 at the age of 15. after already living with it for more than two years. while I was recovering, I noticed the stigma attached to mental health and taking medications for it. I wanted to shatter, if not reduce that, I wanted people to understand that mental health is just as important as physical health. With that one motto in mind, I started TMHS when I was somewhat stable and out of danger. I never wanted to make it a global organization, I wanted teenagers to come here and feel at home but now, it has become both and I am beyond grateful."
